We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Email address — when purchasing reports or API keys
• Coordinates — latitude/longitude submitted for risk predictions (not linked to personal identity)
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
• Usage data — API request counts, timestamps, and response metrics for rate limiting and service quality
• Language preference — stored in a browser cookie

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver purchased reports and API services
• Send transactional emails (report delivery, purchase confirmations)
• Monitor service health, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits
• Improve model accuracy through aggregated, anonymized prediction statistics

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law or court order

4. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (talivio_lang) to store your language preference. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. The Leaflet.js map tiles are loaded from CartoDB CDN, which may set its own cookies.

5. Data Retention

Prediction logs are retained for model training and accuracy verification. Personal data (email addresses) associated with purchases are retained for 3 years for tax/legal compliance, then deleted. API keys can be revoked at any time by contacting support.

6. Security

API keys are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. All connections use TLS encryption. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We maintain server access logs and implement rate limiting to prevent abuse.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR where applicable, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
